Terms and conditions
DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below:
- "Site" means the website and any associated software or services provided by Sevenplay Casino;
- "User" means any person who accesses or uses the Site;

DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL TERMS
The User must deposit a minimum of NZD30 to access certain features of the Site. The User may withdraw their winnings using one of the methods specified on the Site. Withdrawal requests will be processed within 24-72 hours, subject to verification and anti-money laundering checks.
ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS
Each User is limited to one account per person. Sevenplay Casino reserves the right to restrict or close any account at its sole discretion.
WAGERING REQUIREMENTS AND MAXIMUM BETS
The User must meet the wagering requirements specified on the Site for bonuses and promotions. The maximum bet that can be placed while a bonus is active is NZD8.
DEPOSIT LIMITS AND SELF-EXCLUSION
The User may set deposit limits or request self-exclusion from using the Site at any time.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the New Zealand.

VALIDITY AND EFFECTIVENESS
By accessing and using the Site, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Sevenplay Casino and the User regarding access and use of the Site.
